A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various computer systems and databases. This role is crucial for ensuring that information is organized, accessible, and up-to-date, supporting the overall efficiency of business operations.

- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data and ensure accurate entry.

- Utilize various software applications and tools for data entry, including spreadsheets, databases, and specialized data management systems.
- Stay updated on new software and technologies that can improve data entry efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies regarding data security.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Certifications:Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Experience:Previous experience in AV engineering, technical support, or related fields is often preferred.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
